Rafferty is a student at the University of Virginia with a strong foundation in youth mentorship through his roles as a youth soccer referee and 4-H Camp Teen Leader. From teaching canoeing to helping children through emotional stress, Rafferty’s compassionate nature and leadership skills will make him a reliable and positive influence for all delegates.
